What you get

• Talk through the exam the way you already do. The words appear on screen while you are still speaking.
• The note drafts itself in SOAP, DAP or BIRP. Read it, change anything, and sign.
• Paste the finished note into your practice software. Nothing to set up and nothing to install: Perch runs in the browser on a phone or a desktop.
• If a drug name can't be matched to a known term, Perch leaves it out of the note instead of guessing. A blank gets checked. A wrong guess gets missed.
• Your audio isn't kept. It builds the transcript live, then it's gone.
