How Perch is run.

Perch is run by two cofounders, Mohammed Usama and Mustafa Nisar. There is no sales team. When you write to us, one of the two of us reads it.

That is also why the product is small on purpose. We would rather do a few things all the way than a lot of things halfway, and we would rather you hear from the person who wrote the code.

Perch works alongside AVImark, with nothing to install. Where Perch and AVImark exchange data, it goes through a data vendor. That is all we say here.

Every plan is priced per clinic, not per veterinarian, and the plans are on the pricing page. Essential is $20 a month for up to 3 vets. Standard is $149 a month for up to 3 vets, with $49 a month for each vet after that, or $1,490 a year for up to 3 vets.

A clinic's notes do not scale with the number of doctors on the schedule, and the owner should not have to count heads every month. Every plan starts with 30 days free, no card needed to start.

The first 10 clinics get $117 a month for up to 3 vets, with $39 a month for each vet after that. The price is locked for as long as they are a customer, even after our price to everyone else goes up. They are the clinics that tell us what is wrong while the product is still young, and the lower price is how we say thank you for that.

We set it up for you. When the ten places are gone this line will say so.

Audio is processed in the cloud and never retained. You review and sign every note, and nothing enters the record before you do.
